APR ECU Upgrade vs RaceChip Pro (Germany)

In the text for the APR regarding installation they say: "Press and hold the "set" button on your cruise control". I do not have cruise control, does that mean the APR is not compatible with my car?

I'm not much of a search nazi (especially since I'm fairly new to the B7 forums) but these threads you're creating are getting out of hand. Stop pressing the New Thread button and start hitting the SEARCH button. Nothing comes up in this forum for "Racechip" so I'm guessing not many (or no one) has experience with it. Most will just tell you to go with APR because it's a very well known and reliable tune.

APR will still be compatible with your car, but you might not be able to switch programs. I'm not familiar with cars without cruise control, but do you at least have a cruise control stalk in your car?

You do seem to have alot of new started threads. I'd start a thread example "magnitude's Euro B7" and just post all your questions in there as you think of them.

As to your question here. Is REVO not an option over there also http://www.bilteknikkgran.com/ ? I chose APR myself but largely due to program switching via the cruise stalk. If you can't take advantage of that. I'd just go with whatever shop is closest. Though the racechip seems to be a DIY tune where they mail it to you like BSR http://en.bsr.se/products/tuning-kits/audi/a4/2.0tfsi/ GIAC is in Sweden http://www.stertman.com/

Upon further review BSR might be your best bet: http://en.bsr.se/contact/dealers-europe/ They have a few dealers in Norway not just the DIY tune option.
