Haha sorry been driving the S around, working a lot, helping a buddy with his RS6, family shit, ect.





I have to pull the trans out Friday, throw out bearing is making noise and can't get into gear with the car on. This just happened Friday at a car show 2 hours from home, drove home rev matching not using the clutch. I hope the VAST stage 3 clutch is still good, if not I have a RS4 clutch ready to go in.

Weather is finally nice so I'll have some updates shortly, it's been a roller coaster.

I don't know where I left off but some of the hardware changed. Fuel cell is installed, -10 feed to the aeromotive eliminator pump to -8 to the rail and -6 return. Car is gutted, spare tire well cut out, all the evap lines removed, abs module deleted with a wilwood proportion valve. Turbo that is on it right now is a Borg S366SX-E, injectors are bosch 2200cc's, IE large port intake manifold with the hemi 80mm provision. Hot and cold side intercooler piping are 3 inch, tial 50mm bov, HPX blow through maf, 3bar map sensor, intercooler is a treadstone TR1045 (10.5x4.5x22), metal sachs slave with a -3 adapter on it, metal master slave with a -3 adapter on it, -3 line with a quick disconnect fitting thats made for hydraulics. Every vacuum line on the car is -4an nylon braided line. All the fuel lines run through the false fire wall with bulkhead fittings and thats where the fuel pressure regulator is for a "cleaner" setup.

I've been busy with other stuff so haven't worked on it much but now its at the shop getting some fab done. I'll try to remember to grab some pics for you guys, if you have any questions let me know.

How is the proportioning valve working out? Ive had one on the shelf for a couple of years now, just havent bought anything else lol. I was planning on steel braided all the way for the fronts, and I have to redo the entire rear section because of rounded off fittings.
