Some of the aluminum bushings dropped right in the subframe. Others I had to use a drum sander on a die grinder to make them fit. That's what 034 recommended since some people have bent their subframes trying to press them in.

And how is your car coming along? Get that extra wheel poke figured out?

So tomorrow I plan to make some tweaks to the old beater. Just some maintenance stuff. Pretty sure the center drive shaft flange is leaking. We'll see if I picked up the right one for replacement.

/first post from my new build thread 😎

Wheel poke im fed up. Don't know what i should do now. Only the left front pokes more.

And i thought i will be going to AMD in Washington state to dyno tune the car but seems like is going to be next year now. And to be honest, do i really need a dyno tune anymore? Cause for my set up, there are so many people running a similar setup, maybe i should just ask what a file and call it a day?

Hey you, use your own build thread! Haha

There honestly hasn't been a whole hell of a lot going on with my A4 lately. I've been pretty busy with other things this summer. I started track riding my bikes last year. So that's been my main focus lately. I ended up low siding my Triumph Daytona 675 into a wall in June. So I bought an Aprilia RVS4 to track and rebuilt my Daytona for the street. I'm also in the middle of buying my first house, and truck shopping at the same time. But the house I'm buying does have a small heated shop. So I do plan on taking the A4 down for the winter to do some engine bay tucking.

Btw, anyone have a good photo sharing site to use now that Photobucket isn't allowing third party hosting? My build thread is basically useless now. Once I figure out how to post pictures again I'll post up the couple things I have done with the A4.

Ive recently started using Flickr for my photos. If I could ever get my albums to download from Photobucket, I was planning on loading them to Flickr and updating the links in my thread. For now I installed an extension for Firefox that will still show the pics on PB.

I was going to say I think he's busy doing bike stuff, and state that you might not be on here much because of the slide, but I figured I'd let you say it, or if you weren't for some reason.

That's what I was thinking about doing as well. I've just been too busy to actually do it.

I've just been busy with the whole buying a house thing lately. I'm all healed up from the wreck, and the Daytona is fully rebuilt. I still come on here pretty frequently to check things out. I just haven't been posting much. That will change once I'm all settled into the new house.

There is a Google Chrome and Firefox extension for Photobucket pics to show up. I placed the link at the top first post of my build thread for chrome, so people can see the pics.
