Strange beeping sound

I've been driving this B6 A4 for several years, but has never encounter this strange beeping sound until a few weeks ago. It does not come every time, but it beeps usually when I start my car in the morning or after long hours of parking. There are 4 beeps coming from the back of my car. The beeps starts after the 6 tinging sound of the dashboard. It doesn't matter if I start the engine. The beeps does not come every time, so I can hardly find out where exactly it come out from. I have search the user manual, search the internet, asked in the local forum but nobody knows what it is.

More information: I did not change the stereo, speakers, or make any modification to the car. I have shoot a video and post it on youtube, here is the link (if it works out). I wonder if any of you have any clue what it is.

The NiCad battery in your central locking alarm is going bad. You can replace the whole unit or cut it open and replace the battery. Or just ignore it. Clicky click
