2010 S4 sporting some new ADV1's

After a bit of a wait I finally have my new rims. I got ADV07 TS (Trackspec) 19x9 ET41, and I'm running 255/35/19 Marangoni M Power tires. I believe the rim without the tire weighs 17 pounds with spoke pocketing and Titanium Fasteners.

If anyone is thinking about a set of ADV's. Do it! These wheel are top notch, and Jordan and Matt at ADV are great to deal with.

Damn, 17lbs per wheel at that size is awesome. But I thought ADV didn't recommend Track Specs for every day use since the weight-saving methods they use make the wheels more prone to bending from pot holes etc? I guess it depends on how your roads are. Time to take that thing to the track

That's what I was told it's per rim. I have not personally weighed them. I know Matt from ADV1 is on this forum, maybe he could correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually these Marangoni's blow away my stock Dunlop sport maxx tires. These stick to road like crazy! I might track my car again this fall. I'll see then how they really perform.

Yeah, I think they look more like ET35. I know when the order when out through my Canadian distributor we asked for ET41. They must have changed it for a better fitment. I get no rubbing at least.

Gloss black wheels just don't do it for me, it hides the details and beauty of the wheel. Those could be a $400 set of Rota's and I wouldn't be able to tell.

a 9" rim will look more like et35...than an 8.5" rim. There is no way these are et35. I'd say they look like 41 to me, or 39 max.

Although I'm jealous you beat me to the new ADV07s. I knew the split seven spoke design would look great on a B8. I've had a set of 20x10 07.1s on order for a while. They should be ready pretty soon and I can't wait for the concavity. I'll post pics when I get them on.

I went with the brushed aluminum. Engineering is done and they are in the production queue, should be finished any day now!
