Waterfest 17: Saturday, July 16 - Cruise to Official AZ Meeting Spot - CT/NY/NJ
This is the official time and date of the cruise. These times are set in order to be coordinated with Brett (DAFT) the AZ moderator who organizes the official AZ meeting spot @ the JC Penny parking lot. We meet at the large Audizine spot outside of the show then all travel in as a group of nearly 100 cars.
Simple Directions to the CT Meeting Location:
From 95N - Take Exit 3. Bottom of the ramp get in the left most lane, turn left at light. At second light (you'll see us gathered in the lot directly to your left at that point) turn left, and then left again into the parking lot.
From 95S - Take Exit 3. Bottom of ramp stay in the second lane from the right and prepare to make a right, then an immediate left at the next light BEFORE the overpass. When you are coming down exit 3 southbound ramp, the parking lot where we will be is directly in front of you. After the right off the exit and immediate left, turn left into the parking lot.

The route we take is 95S to catch 287 West, then Garden State Parkway South. We have done this for the past few years due to the condition of the roads taking 95S all the way down and hitting the Cross Bronx Expressway. The ride down the GSP is nicer anyway and we always end up running into more cars as we come closer. This year I'm going to post a time (above) we can stop at the FIRST rest area on the GSP S (meeting spot for recent Show and Go in April) so we can collect a few more people who are coming from different directions. Then we'll have a fun ride down, have some passengers who can take rolling shots and all that fun crap. As always, the meeting spot for AZ with close to 100 Audizine members is also right off the GSP.

* NOTES *
1) The route is planned for Garden State Parkway which is a toll road... Do your best to get an EZ Pass, otherwise we'll lose some of you @ each toll.. It's not easy to slow down much below the limit because it gets dangerous.
2) I'll also advise if you can of course, to bring a Walkie-Talkie / 2-Way Radio... We'll set a channel before we leave and keep people in touch in case anything happens. We'll have 3-4 people that I know with walkies and place them scattered among the entire line so we keep tolls on if we lose people.
3) *This is a CRUISE, if you choose to drive aggressively I DO NOT plan on chasing in hopes of keeping all of us together. We may run into others on the way that want to join, and believe me that this is a public forum and plenty of state authorities will know enthusiast drivers will be all over the road. Please drive safely, the cruise there last year was really fun, allowed for some great shots, and we all made it there together. Same plan this year.*
