Does anyone else have a trip computer?
http://www.audiworld.com/model/ - First I'd recommend this link for getting listings for earlier option packages for North American Audis.
I ordered my MY2008 A4 Avant new with all available Canadian options (including full S-Line) except Nav and sun shade. The trip computer was supposed to be included but Audi screwed up the build for the first batch of 2008's that got delivered in Canada. I think the number was around 100 but not 100% sure of that. Mine was one of them, so I made my dealer retrofit the trip computer with colour LCD as that was one of my "must have" features.
Given many of the S-Line components can be added later, I would suggest that the best way to determine if it was full factory S-Line is to look at the door sills. Haven't heard of anyone doing that retrofit. The pedals might be the other clue but lots of folks seem to retrofit those. Feel free to PM me if you want exact details of all my options - I still have my factory order sheet. Refer to images following for the pedals and door sill :-
