Guys, I found out today that the 2.0t coils will work themselves free without some sort of adaptor or tie down holding them in place. Coil 1 jumped off its plug today on my way home from the office. If you are interested in moving to the 2.0t coils you should definitely jump on this group buy.

Ok what you are going to have to do is basically lop off an ear on one of the adapters so that you are able to clear the turbo brace.

I may do that or shorten the brace length and put a slight bend in it at the "Y" to position the end on top of the adapter and bolt down through both the brace and the adapter. Idk how well one bolt holding the adapter will fair. I guess the coil will keep it from rotating so it might work fine. Just concerned the raised section on the vc around the coil will cause it to not sit flush
with one bolt.

Edit. Im going to turn down the foot of the adapter (area the size of the OD of my brace end) to aprox 1/8" thick. Then cut the bottom out of the "barrel" of the brace bolt tube and raise it up the amount that I end up turning down the adapter to.

With the adapter ring there is no way these coils are moving anywhere
