Thermostat Replacement - What else??

Hey guys, I’m fairly sure I have a thermostat issue. Been checking the forums here and I’m 99% sure.

Car is overheating when going around 60-80mph, fans running really loud, temp goes back to 90 when setting the blower to full, straight back up when the blower is off.

Car is stage 2 engine and gearbox, upgraded pulleys and running around 475bhp. I’m in the UK and my old man is a mechanic so have good tools and in good hands.

I’ll be replacing the thermostat so planning a few other things, this will be DIY on my drive… My list so far is….

Thermostat
PCV Valve
Supercharger Oil
Supercharger gaskets
Supercharger belt
Water pump

Is there anything else that you guys recommend and maybe any tips or advice….

Supercharger. So this is a 3.0T? You're going to want to inquire in the S4 forum; the 3.0T was not used in the A4 in the NAR market, only the S4. So anyone familiar with that cooling system is going to be there, not here.
