Best alignment settings for track use ?

I am thinking to attend track days for the summer and looking for the best alignment setting for my A4.
What's the best camber, caster, toe settings for track use ?

My thoughts were to run
-3.5 camber front
-2.5 camber rear
0 toe
and then may be positive caster (but also need to figure out how much)

Existing Parts ;

H&R Red coilovers.
H&R sway bars 32mm -21mm
Adj. Sperical cotrol arms front/rear
Motorsport sway bar end links.
4:1 diff mod.
