Surprisingly good. Quattro kept me in place and I could deliver all the car's power when I had ESP/ASR fully off. I have KW V2's, anti-roll bar and an undercarriage brace so it performed very well on the course. Came first in the SP class :) My goal was to beat any Miata or S2000, as they freaking own autocross tracks, and I beat several in the end so I'm very pleased over all. Great fun.

I take it you have the Alu Kreuz... How did you find that upgrade? Was it worth it?

Yup, that's the brace I have. After the installment, it actually caused a smile on my face as I drove out the shop. The car felt a lot more connected to the steering wheel, making it feel much more like how a BMW feels (I've driven many a times a 335i with KW V3's so I know what I'm talking about).

As far as if the brace added more grip, I noticed very little improvement as I already had KW V2's and a very thick anti-roll bar installed. I did notice a bit of body roll that was reduced, however. I've read other reviews of the brace and it seems as though if your cars suspension is stock, the brace should make a pretty big difference. Given the choice of buying it again, I definitely would just because of the improved steering response and feel. Overall, I'm glad I got it

Oh that's very good to know. I've been contemplating adding this to my suspension but don't know if it will make enough of a difference to justify the cost (~$600)!

Just spotted a black S5, lowered, mesh rims, designo plate frame on two occasions. Once on 12th and Arbutus and Kingsway east bound at around 6:45pm.

my ecu fried and i had to get a new ecu. i am back on stock now and refunded my apr tune. hows your car, sorry to hear

yup... i did do that! Should be better with the V2.0 release from APR. Really hoping to hit the 11's this year. Also hoping that HPA will get this DSG flash done so the launch control will function correctly again.
