So I was thinking about our cars and the fact that they already spin the supercharger close to it's redline, so getting more power out of it is limited. So I was curious about a custom setup. Replace the area of the stock airbox with a turbo that feeds the supercharger. A lot of custom piping and tuning would be needed yes, but is there anything about the supercharger that would limit the amount of boost do you think? I'm pretty sure traditionally on twin-charged setups the turbo feeds the supercharger, but would it strain the supercharger too much? I think if this could be worked out then we could potentially be making a lot of power. Any thoughts are good but what would be the limitations in implementing this kind of thing?
