Gotta feed the fire here... Along with my MST3k download, until Top Gear comes back on in June, I've been watching Fifth Gear. Half as long, and not as comical, still some nice cars. Plus I love Tiff!

I've been living on old eps of Top Gear and some of the newer movies that have come out. If you want to check out something different that seems to have flown under the radar, grab some episodes of Car Warriors. It airs/ed on Speed. I had never seen it and I think there are only something like 7 or 8 episodes, but its rather entertaining. Its like Monster Garage, except with normal, somewhat clean mods. The engine challenge they do is kinda cool.

Mostly the JC ones. Italian Job, Soul Cars, and the Apocalypse. They're fun to pass the time, and I've been re-watching the classic TG seasons. I'm currently back to season 4. Car Warriors is an acquired taste, but so far, everyone I've shared it with has enjoyed it. There are two great episodes, one with a 240z another with a Beetle.

lol just slightly. I was up late playing with new forum software and trying to make it work with a website. If you think that's bad, I think I finally went to bed around 8am lol.

As for torrents, I have a bit of an addiction so I'd bookmark Demonoid, TorrentDay and KickassTorrents for all your viewing pleasures. They tend to have better quality, less apt to be monitor torrents.

I'm a huge leacher on that site, not gonna lie at all since its right there. Where it's a trendier site I admit being nervous of "the man". The other two sites I'm a member of I try to keep a 1.5:1 ratio to make up for it. Nobody is perfect, but I regressed a bit and I'm doing more and more over FTP these days.

The best investment I've ever made, other than my $50 Intel Mac Mini, was my HP Mediasmart server. It keeps everything off my other computers, streams around my house and to the web, had 3 open drive bays, has an E-Sata port so I can easily attach a Drobo for more storage, is setup for gigabit ethernet and is stable sending HD quality video to at least 3 sources simultaneously without lag or buffer issues. If you're into distributed video and setting up a poor man's homerun setup it's a great little server.

That's legit. Drobo RAID 5 would be all sorts of fast. Alas, I'm not worthy, closest I get is a RAID 2 with 3 barracudas, e-sata on my living room mobo. Just for entertainment purposes, HD TV card for baseball, movie/show downloading and Audizin' on the couch in front of the big screen lol.

Comcast is just too damn expensive these days and I would rather pay for internet instead of cable service any day.

Yeah, I do the comcast bundle, its raping me. I never use phone, only cell, and watch TV on comp!! Why do I pay this?? I'll probably movie in that direction in the future. I'll be comin to you for advice!

Congrats on end of classes MethuenS4! Friend is at Ulowell for doctorate(or something like that) in meteorology. You gonna work a little over summer, or kick it student style, lol

twin you should look into a two product bundle instead of three if you watch tv on your comp even if you dont use your phone you might be able to get internet and phone cheaper than just internet...

I would like to know more about the dyno day at Kinetics, I've been to there shop a few times as my buddy is having them do work on his rsx-s. If you could possibly pm me with more details that would be pretty awesome.

And Twin, as for me working or playing it student style, sadly I work all year and actually work 2 jobs over the summer. So the money is nice but working 2 jobs sucks haha.

Been a couple days, I splurged on a couple goodies yesterday. Thought I'd share.

I'm with you on the valve cover gasket and I need to replace my coolant temp sensor too, I'm just being lazy since they're a pain in the ass. Now that I just sold my rims I'm thinking of grabbing a bunch of stuff I really don't need like a Cupra R Lip, blacked out upper and lower grilles and gas lol.

Cupra lip was on my list as well until I started smelling oil through the HVAC vents, it'll be the first time I've done the VCG on this car. Gonna tackle it tonight after dinner. I did coolant sensor about a year ago, E-Z, took 5 mins.

The whole blackout thing, I dunno, I think it's that kinda classy / murdered out look that people are going for. Im wrapping a lot of my accents in carbon fiber so we'll see how that looks come the end of summer when it's finally finished.

That will be my next "mod" this summer, the outside B-pillar I've always wanted to wrap and the trim inside of course. But I've always been keen on the chrome surround on the grill and the rings, those are staying like they are!

Just wanted to say i saw you yesterday, coming back from new england dragway. We were in a stock silver b6a4 and i pointed at you but dont know if you saw or not. but besides that the import face off at the dragway wasnt too bad. they had a 11sec rabbit that i liked and a gtr that pulls in 2nd like a bat outta hell
