help diagnosing chirp/squeak

when cold weather arrived this year i started hearing a chirping/squeak noise from the rear of my 2005 a6 while driving over uneven pavement. i hear no noise when i push down on the trunk and bounce the rear of the car by hand. sound like there any culprits i can rule out? any ideas would be appreciated.

Remove the bodies from the trunk ! lol.

bodies have been removed, but this did nothing for the noise. but the warm weather seems to have eliminated it. seems like the cold weather was the cause. back in the trunk the bodies go.....

Mine still squeaks and it's in the triple digits here in Houston...sigh. Drives me crazy..
