    on the driver side fuse cover.

    Take the fuse box door off, then take the panel under the steering wheel, by your knees, off. Its under there near the fuse box, its really easy to find, and its labeled.

    Drop the panel under the steering wheel. Its right there.

    In case it wasn't clear to other folks, this 75x is used for obtaining power for accessories when the ignition is on (light for boost gauge, meth controller, etc).
