Update:
I have rpm bouncing again in cold weather on cold start - about 100 rpm bouncing under similar situations - when at around 42 MPH once it shifts from 4th to 5th gear. Love it!! Will deal with it indefinitely because it doesn't really affect the car in any way besides making me extremely pissed off. And it doesn't do it during the warmer months.
