    Power Steering Loss From Passenger Side

    I noticed some power steering noise, I checked my reservoir and the cap was loose, fluid was empty. I filled the reservoir and it's empty again after a ride around the block. Inspecting further it appears to be dripping from the boot on the passenger side. Can anyone assist with the possible parts I might need to complete the job? Also how hard of a job is it?

    It isn't throwing any CEL's related tot he issue either.

    Sounds like you need to the rack assembly.
    APR KO4, APR HPFP,RS4 LPFP Cntr,145 bar PRV, APR TP, TT DP, GFB DV+, AWE FMIC, BFI CC, AWE Exhaust, RS4 Exh tips, ST CO, 034 RSB,034 St Dnsty Mtr Mts, New Sth West Bst guage, B7 RS4 8 pot Calipers.Goodridge SS brake lines frt & rr.     Dont think these are serviceable. Sounds like the rack shaft is scored and leaking past the seal

    Yep. It's not a 1 hour job though. I'd probably do the inner tie rod ends since you'll be taking them off and getting an alignment any way. And if you let that fluid get low, you'll be doing a PS pump too.
