Your two front speaker grills, on the doors will say Bose. Also, when you turn the power to the radio on, it should say Bose on the screen.

should say on the speakers and once you turn it on, just like all the others mentioned. i dont really see a big difference, i have stock and my friend has Bose and both of them sound the same to me...
