Does anyone have or know where I can find a DIY to replace the headlight washer pump. I'm trying to do it now. Thanks,

    Its really Easy!

Just take off the driver side headlight
If you standing in front of the car you will be abel to see the pump down to the right if you take off the headlight

There will be two pumps and the one for the washer is the right one (to the wheelhouse)
Unplug the electrical plug and just pull the pump upwards... It can be quite tight down there if you have large hands...
When the pump is out you will have to take off the hose... it can be a pain in the A**.. I used an smal screwdriver and pressed in under the hose to loosen it up some... and then just pull the hose of...

To reassambel a used one drop of engine oil on both connectors to get the hose on and when i pushed the pump back in the washertank...
There is an rubber seal on the tank and if your not carefull when installing the new pump it will be pushed down in the tank... so take my advise and use one or two drops of oil on the connector and push it down stright down slowly...
After that connect the electrical again and fill up some washerfluid... check for leaks... then reinstall the headlight and you are good to go :-)

Just an FYI. Before you replace the pump check fuse #37. If it is blown replace it with a 30 amp fuse. A common problem that was covered under a TSB several years ago.
