Audi LED Emblem plus PICS

So myself and Audiudo went to install the audi LED emblem, mine I didnt feel like taking the whole front end off for the wiring but with Raj's we installed the lights and pictures on the link (tried to post them but kept coming up with an (x), any suggestions?)
Then took some shots before hand of my car, first shoot! Had the car for about a month but just got back from overseas and drove it for the first time Tuesday and love everything about it except i need an external mic installed for a bluetooth pioneer deck, suggestions? Anyway enjoy, not a pro at taking pics and editing i didnt even try just change some colors so dont eat me alive for it.

tied it into the DRL's for now, cause i have seperate switch for DRL's so basically acted as a deadswitch

Ok I was looking at them for both front and back, just curious if they would look good or not, but don't think they look to bad. Just don't think I would want them on all the time.

maybe its just too bright, i have seen it done with other logos like Ford & Chevy and it looked ok.

I didn't even know that existed. I think it would look great if the color matched the headlights, but with contrasting colors its, just, blahish.

I'd never rock it, but I think it has potential. It'd look pretty sweet if you were able to significantly lower the intensity of the light; so that it was more subtle.

X2 on brightness. By making them red though you are just asking to get pulled over. Most states have laws that prevent any red from being displayed to the front to avoid confusion of oncoming traffic thinking it may be taillights.

But I'm a supporter of ambient lighting effects.

Ignore the Knight Rider wannabe. This guy used fiber optics for the front plate. Would look pretty good on the front rings. IIRC, he did it on the bird on the rear filler plate on the car as well, only they changed colors.

The led flashyness is getting a little out of hand on these audi's, im guilty of buying some LED headlights and I'm thinking about getting rid of them cuz they seem to be getting overplayed. Specially if we want to LED the front rings. Audi's are classy and sophisticated, not flashy and tacky, i dont know if im getting older or more mature, but this "LOOK AT me im driving and audiii!" scene is getting too flashy for me. To each our own tho so I can't flame, I think im gunna start saving up for more power mods rather than flashy mods.

doesnt look that bad in the front....i saw one years back in a car show at hot import nights in AC....the guy had it on the back tho....and it wasnt on top of the bodywork...he actually cut the audi circles in the truck, threw plexiglass on it and shined the light from inside....it was pretty sick for someone to come up with that idea and to pull it off the way he did....

did u try it on the back before u did the front?

but I wouldnt do it my car... but do like them! def wouldnt knock you for rockin them!
It would look cool if you had 2 sets where the fogs go...
or even inside the headlight!...

I would def consider installing a set of red led ones as the rear emblem conected to the break light!

it looks good but for kicks you should outline the trim of your car in light-up wire and drive it to the tron premier

It's clean and sharp, which is good. Dosn't look bad. Too "look at me!" for me, but looks cool. If you like it, keep it.

Its not as bright as the picture shows, it was taken with a high res camera on a mode that highlights any light it picks up. As for trying in in the back the ring sizes are completely different, take a look at the difference, trying to put these on the back would look awful with the size. And as of now they are only made in the size for the front

actualy its not bright too much. but white lights is shining too much on the pictures. look the picture underblow is actualy how it is looking like. its red but white one is looking like this one when you see with your eyes.

i give u props for what u did but i'd say the red l.e.d one is so much hotter looking....i'd take off the white and go with the red instead....thats my opinion but to each their own i guess....
