Looking to buy a new seat and dash Centre console and need some help!

I need to replace my driver's seat, preferably the bottom portion of the seat, as well as my Dash center console. They're pretty much worn at this point and I've done some searching on eBay and I'm not happy with the quality that I found.

I'm looking for either one of the following three things:

If any of you can send me a link or suggesting me where I can find the items that I've attached in the pictures, and relatively pretty good condition

If any of you would be willing to sell me one of these two items that you might have lying around, or an extra of, or just simply getting rid of because you're upgrading your car

Or suggestions where I can look for such items, or maybe how I can restore them without having to replace them entirely

    Much appreciated! IMG_20190612_085837.jpegIMG_20190612_085839.jpegIMG_20190612_085843.jpegIMG_20190612_085846.jpeg

i would keep checking the junkyard websites and wait for a suitable parts car to come in. They usually show you the inventory of cars in the lot with the amount of days it has been there. You need to get there within like the 1st week of it arriving in the yard so all the good parts are still there. The seats will be like 75% cheaper from the junkyard then online.

ECS and ebay sell the leatherette covers (faux leather with the tiny holes). Leather insert and all leather are not sold so you'd need to have a local upholsterer make them which isn't cheap, but then neither are the new leatherette covers (link is just for the upper). Also, there's the matter of the seat foam which is another 250USD.
