Code P0343, Car hesitates on first start.

Car is an 02 a4, 1.8t 5speed, was running fine all day long, I went to start it and first try nothing, second try it started up. Seems so far that the car likes to start between 2 and 4 trys, but once started it won't die off...only "mods" I guess I've done was an APR trial flash so far that ended a few weeks ago...

Any help appreciated.
