Just curious what way is the preferred way to wire the EFK up, Ive come across several different ways to wire the fan but I remain confused on the differences between the various ways. Its one of the very last things I have to do other than wiring up my Meth system and I want to do it at the same time so I can solder everything together properly.

I just have a switch in the cabin for mine. It's simple and comes on when I want it to and when needed. If thats what youre asking?

Good thread, I've been having trouble with the relay on mine. Luckily it's cool enough here in the summer where every day other than two or three, I can run without a fan... I still want it fixed for next summer though.

I ground it with the aux. fan switch, and supply constant 12V.

When I wired mine up I couldn't get it to kick on automatically, so i just wired it to the fog lights "temporarily"...one year later it's still like that.

i wired mine per the vast instructions to the aux fan, seems to stay on too much though since i have the low temp coolant switch. I was plannign on getting the fal fan controller and using that instead.

Thats stupid. so everyone running the EFK uses a switch and has to toggle when and when not to run the fan?
