USP bumper?

I know DTH had a good price for the USP lower but I couldn't find anything on their site. ECS has the whole bumper for $560 so I just wanted some other options. In a few months I want to redo my entire front bumper (not just the lower) and get rid of the license plate holes and the rock chips and whatnot. Where's the best place that I can pick the bumper up for the best price?

or u can try the dealer for the lower, its not that expensive, the grills will be more expensive than the bottom part, i am always going to the island let me know if u need help to get it to fit the stock, i can help since i did mines and also painted it my self, it came out awsome, let me kno

Around $550 is the going price for a USP full front. Might as well just buy the lower, do the DIY, and take it to a paint shop and get the whole bumper painted/holes filled.
