Has anyone looked into trying to check the size of these bad boys to maybe get to use these. Not sure if we could cut up our stock ones and these to make them work. Would clean the housing up a lot. Someone want to be first?

looks like it could be a cleaner solution for a projector fog. i wonder about lens diameter though. the mkv fogs appear to be a larger lens.

    here's what i did awhile back: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...?highlight=fog

I just like the look of a stock like projector vs an aftermarket setup. I love your car SKIDMARK, but I think the fogs could look a little more OEM if you know what I'm tryin'g to say without being rude.

no worries. i get what you're saying. i'm in the same boat also, but wanted the lens further out so that no light is blocked by the housing itself so the full width of the beam would be useful. this was the only way i could see that happening.

I'm glad we are on the same page with something. I can't wait for the summer so I can get my car painted since I have the same exterior all set to go on. When I saw we both have the DTM sides in that one car show post I was glad to see how great they looked.
