    Misfire on Cylinders 4, 5, and 6 - HELP

Not too long ago I went through some standing water and obviously got some of the electronic components wet. I am getting a P0340 code which is the cam sensor. I am getting a flashing check engine light through the low RPM's specifically under 3k RPM's and then it goes to solid. I had my mechanic look at it and he said that he replaced the cam position sensor with a spare he had lying around and the Cam code went away but there is still a misfire on cylinders 4, 5, and 6. I took it into Audi thinking maybe it was coil packs and had all of them replaced under the recall which didn't fix the problem. While the car was there, they scanned it and the service manager came out and asked who replaced my timing belt. He said that it isn't aligned correctly but the car ran fine for 10 months after the timing belt was replaced before I went through the standing water so I am seriously doubting that the timing is the problem. He wanted to charge $650.00 to reset the timing. I have recently had the spark plugs replaced as well as the valve cover gasket. What else could be causing all 3 cylinders on the driver side to misfire? Spark plug wires? Maybe a clogged cat? My thoughts are that it has to be electrical related since it happened after I stalled out in the standing water. Thanks in advance!

your crankcase breather could be at fault. other wise it does seem to be a timing issue with the misfires being on all one bank. take it back to the dealer and have the diag done

Sounds very similar to this guys problem:

When I let out on the clutch and don't give it gas it struggles to stay smooth and is very "jumpy" as if the clutch is going bad but I know that isn't the problem.
