I have a set of Porsche orange top
injectors... I think they're 400's... Question... With a carbonio/apr testpipe/inlet hose/stage 2 programming are there any other mods to be done before puttin them in? Thanks...

Yes, A Big Turbo.. And unless they are for FSI engines you will not be able to use those...

For some reason I HIGHLY doubt those will work. Feel free to prove me wrong though.

They are the injecors that are used by apr... They don't say who makes them but we ran the serial numbers from them, turns out they're Porsche cayennes... Anywho, is it true big turbo is needed? Aren't some stage 2's injectors??

I would definitely get an upgraded FP before thinking about messing with injectors. Oh yeah and while you have it off check the follower and camlobe. Since adding more load on the pump with upgraded injectors may not be the best choice if those two pieces have been compromised.

    1) You would definitely need a tune

    2) More than likely a different HPFP. Just quickly comparing the 2 models fuel system's, it looks like you would need a lot of things (rails, LPFP, pressure regulator, etc) but that is by no means definitive.

Btw, with our tiny little OEM snail, the fuel injectors aren't going to do anything for performance.

I think your going to fuck something up if you just throw bigger injectors into the car....regardless if theyre the right ones or not, you need a tune for injectors...otherwise your going to be running rich and your just fucking things up in thr long run....be patient.dont half ass things youre going to end up paying for your stupidity down the line.
