I got both my fog and bottom grilles stolen a few months ago. Its finally starting to bug me and I'm looking to cover them up. Are there any after market replacements/replicas for these? I don't feel like paying $300 for OEM plastics.

Nope! The only thing you can do is check the Classifieds from time to time, but the USP grills hold value even used. I ended up with new sides for about $80 something as a set, and stole the center for $80 out of the Classifieds. Otherwise you can make some with that lowes grill stuff with some vac line around the edges, but it looks like pop to me. You can mod the A4 center grill and that mesh in the middle doesn't look to bad. So maybe get the sides and make the center out of an stock A4 one.

Does anyone have some good pics of them not in the car? I just got my A4 and don't know all of the USP and S4 differences yet. I've got open time on my cnc mills and I am missing my fog grills as well. I've been thinking of making grills, just to have something different. I can easily run plastics unattended all night long and make some out of solid if they're not too curved, requiring a really thick piece to start with. I did a honeycomb grill for a mustang that was pretty involved, came out really nice. The place wanted a part to prototype before they had the mold built.
