wiper arms

So, my wiper arms are absolute garbage. I bought the aero arms about a year ago and they worked fine until now. but now the middle of the blade doesn't even touch the windshield so i get this awesome streak of snow or ice right where I need to see. Is there any way to adjust them or maybe tighten the spring?

if you could explain how that would help me I could try it but I maybe just don't understand how it is going to give me more wiper pressure.
