Anyone have Pictures of their Symphony II+ Units uninstalled?

I bought a symphony II+ unit and im not sure if i bought a US spec (which i need) or a Euro Spec. The dealer was having trouble getting the radio code with the numbers off the top that i gave them.

Is their any way to tell the difference? I gave them the numbers and there was 15 of them and they said the number has to be 14 numbers/letters long.....

If someone could answer this for me or post pics of the tops of their units so i could compare i would greatly appreciate it...
