Fix anything broken... And a good wash/wax/clay bar always sharpens up my car.. try that and see what happens.

You dont replace springs with coils. Koni coilovers are cheap and good for a DD. Like mentioned do maintenance and broken items first, then a nice detail, then go from there

Pie can’t compete with cake, though. You put candles on a cake, it’s a birthday cake. You put candles on a pie, someone’s drunk in the kitchen.

Roof racks are a hell of a lot of money for "style."

I'd drop it and detail it and call it a day. I got some polished tips from auto zone [lol] that actually make the exhaust look better.

Car looks like it's in good shape. Interior looks good (no seat rips, no busted center console lid). Steering wheel might need a bit of cleaning though. Either way first thing would be to give the car a good cleaning and make sure everything works and is reliable. After that here's what I would consider...

    1. Debadge the trunk (remove the 2.8 quattro and A4 badges, leave the 4 rings)
    2. One Piece Headlights w/ HIDs
    3. Clear Side Markers
    4. Facelift Side Mirrors (if you're not a fan of the passenger stubby)
    5. Tint
    6. Wheels and Tires
    7. Shocks and Springs or Coilovers
    8. Facelift Leather e-Brake Handle Cover
    9. Facelift Taillights

From there you should have a nice looking car that handles well and can continue with more mods if you choose to.

not only will it improve your handling, but you car will look 100% better when its low.
well worth the money, you can find coils for cheap if theyre used, or just go shock/spring combo.
ECS makes a sleeve kit that allows you to fine tune shock/spring combo ride height.

ECS's spring height adjusters are junk. I have a set and they are not worth $300. Shock and spring combos will give you a "rake" (lower in the front and higher in the back). Coilovers 100%! Buy ones with adjustable dampening so you can make your suspension perfect for what you want to do. I can get you new K Sport Kontrol Pro coilovers. PM me if interested. I can also get you shock and spring combos. LMK

LOL. let me clarify, i think the op thought that a coilover would replace just the spring and he did not want to get new shocks (as they said "What coils. Dont wanna change shocks."). What i meant is that it doesn't replace the JUST the spring but rather everything
