I stumbled upon this awesome web sight with cheeaappp kits:
    http://www.hidgeeks.com/cart.html

If I use HID's for my foglights as well if I would need two additional ballasts?

    Few suggestions:

Get a 35W kit, or else the fogs will be too bright and you risk overheating/melting the housing.
Get a slim ballast kit and make your life easy.
Tuck the ballasts into the little gap on the front bumper. When you are down there by the fogs reach down into the bumper, you will see that there is just enough space to squeeze the slim ballast into there such that it is protected from water/ movement (I used double sided tape to make sure it stuck there and did not move)

I don't know about the quality of that site because I have never used it, but i can recommend DDM kits:

    Or Blesk kits:
    http://hidconcept.com/homepage.html

I have used both and they are great! Good luck.

Ballasts and bulbs are simple components to remanufacture.
I trusted my HIDS to a sweat shop in China.

No regrets. However the wirring was cheap, after two years I had to solder some of the wire from the balast that disconected its self within the wire insulation.
