They are not a bolt-in swap. The mounting is completely different.

Try Vwvortex. Or try to get just an aftermarket pair.

Anything can be put in. Hope you are good at welding seems.

I have a full black leatherette interior you can have for free. drivers side has the tear, passenger and rear are perfect. they are heated as well. You would have to come to MD to get them though.

It's possible if you want to loose all safety features and adjust ability.

Like was said earlier. Not as direct of a swap as the B5 S4 seats would be. But with time and money, almost anything can be made to fit.

Wildbill, if you do go that route (B6) could you post up just a vague rundown of how you go about it. I've been wanting to do this for a while, but no one really has done it, and i don't really have the skill/knowledge/resources to just go out and see what happens. lol. I have all carpet out of my car right now too, so that makes it quite a bit easier to work with.

Check this article out. Its named " OEM RS4 Seats Install " http://www.audiworld.com/tech/int.html This say's its for a B5, but the seats look the same as B6 S4 seats... (yes i do realize they are not, just saying they LOOK the same styling

You can weld the sliders/rails. Allowing you to retain adjust ability.
    Safety features?
I'd much rather have my seat welded in place in comparison to how ares are held in. I'd say a welded seat would be a lot safer.
