I disconnected my battery today to fix my airbag sensor and when i re connected the battery, the buttons on my key to unlock and lock the car stopped working. Idk if its related to disconneting the battery or if it just stopped working because the battery in the key is brand new. Does anyone know anything about this?

I think if you press and hold the lock button on the key as you insert it into the ignition it should fix it.
    Rip on it...

Next time you can also rub it on your head very quickly, assuming you have hair, to build up static electricity. It will reset the key thus making it work again.
