will a 034 motorsport test pipe which i believe is 3in bolt up to an awe tuning exhaust i think the downpipe is 2.5in??? and if they do will there be any power losses b/c it isnt flush?

Yes. They both have the same flange.

You're definitely going to be introducing some turbulence into the flow by having an abrupt change of size......but it will still be much better than having a CAT. My 034 HFC really livened up my Revo1 tune despite having the 3" to 2.5" issue at the Milltek downpipe.

You could do that or you can get an exhaust shop to fab you up a 3" down pipe if you really wanted.

Just run the test pipe. Are you really going to go through all the trouble/expense of getting a different testpipe to gain 2.75 hp? Install it and enjoy :)

its not going to affect it, i promise you that you wont notice a diff if you install the 2.5" and then install a 3" dp.
