after-market stereo install (speaker wiring)

i found these so far....

Left Front SPEAKER
brn/grn
blu/yel

Right Front SPEAKER
brn/blu
grn/blu


where are the wires for the rear speakers?
and what colors are they?

there are no amlified speaker wires for the rears going from the head unit. the rear speakers run off a separate amp, therefore there are line level outs on the stock amp. your best bet is to run wires off of the head unit under the center console and back seats. then splice into the loom on the amp in the trunk (which is behind the passenger side trunk liner) you can use the output wires there in order to get to the speakers without ripping the doors apart.

i also read this somewhere else before i posted.
i wasnt sure since it had no details...

so then what would be the correct colors for these output wires?
(or is it easy to figure out when i open up the back seats?)

i cant remember the colors. pop it open and start connecting wires. (it will be obvious that the two power wires are not speaker wires cause they are bigger. Don't connect to them.) if you connect wires to a speaker with the volume up and the fade all the way to the rear, the speakers will come on as you do. you can then figure out what goes where. Just be weary of which is + and which is -. if you get it wrong, your speakers will be out of phase and sound like shit.
