    2.8 intake tube problem

so i was putting on cone filter intake and found that the hard plastic tube that fits up to the TB was not all the way on and wiggled back and forth.
So i unscrewed the top screw and took it off to find that there was another hole on the back end that looks like it should have had a bolt through it but there was none.
I looked around the TB and couldnt even see where it would screw into even if there was one?
I put everything back together and pushed the plasic tube on as snug as i could and took it for a drive it came right back off!?

Also a quick question about the hose comping from the secondary air pump that goes into the oem air box...what should i do with this once i put the cone filter on?
