Who said the other ones aren't tuv approved? If it looks the same without specifics about what makes it better, it's probably not much difference IMO. Quality check might be better, I doubt if the lenses are different or any significant construction has changed.

I already have the stupid parts 4 euro ones. Which have always looked good on MY car (imo) but the quality is shit. In order for these lights to look good it requires other mods that compliment it.

confused on your "too slow" comment and I happen to like the way they look if you have other mods like boser hood and bumper. And if the quality on these is better and (no shaking/better cutoff/better wiring. i would buy them.
Parts4euro version shakes, has a flimsy housing, bad cutoff and half the time when i turn on my lights one of the headlights decides not to turn on or one side of leds. then i hafta turn off switch and turn back on and they will all work fine.. its annoying

too slow... you posted the answer to my comment before i even posted it so I was too slow... sorry should have specified that. well i guess what i dont understand is e-codes (and i know everyone says this) look so much better AND with the money you would spend on two pairs of Devil Eyes you could buy one pair of E-Codes. Just something to think about. i would imagine that you would sell the older Devil Eyes, but still...
