Does anybody have 9.5 inch rims?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I just ordered my winters off tire rack...I got 19 inch Pirelli's and 19 x 9.5 inch BE by Breyton GTS-AV's....

I'm curious to see what the offset looks like on the B8 S4....Does anybody have comparable wheels on their ride?

What size tire are you running? Thinner tires tend to make better snow tires, I imagine with a 9.5" rim you'll be running a 265 or 275 tire? Those BE's look pretty nice for winter rims!

I'm running 19x9 and it's fairly flush... the offset has a lot more to do with it however.

That'll look fairly stretched since stock is 19x8.5... I guess it doesn't matter for winters. What's the offset?

sorry just cut and paste from tirerack...i figured since 8.5 was stock and I was eventually gonna use these rims as summer's...and since i wanted wheel spacers, 9.5's would be the best way to go???

Really interested to see how this fits. I want a set of 9.5" wheels for summers too. But have been worried about it not fitting. I was looking at the VMR 710s, 19 x 9.5" ET33 so the rims you've chosen are very close. Let us know how they fit.

BTW, I'm liking those wheels! Similar style as the V710s and maybe even nicer looking. Can't wait to see what they look like on the car. What color is the car and what color wheel did you get?

I also just ordered a set of 19" Winter 240 Sottozeros from the rack.

those rims while nice, are a rear tire fitment with 255s only. 19x9.5 et35 with 255s is large poke on the front...they will rub.

The only solution to run those are to fit 245s, or buy the 8.5 for the front and the 9.5 for the rear.....but at 35et even the 255s have been known to rub.

    bad winter choice.

go 245x35-19 on the same rim but in 19x8.5 and you'll be a much happier camper all around for those rims.

LOU, how about 8.5's for the front with the 255/35/19 tire, would that work alright?

That's stock fitment. Depending on the offset.

I'm still debating whether to attempt 19x9.5 et45 with 275/35. It doesn't appear to be too far off of the 20x9 275/30 setup Stasis runs, but I'm still trying to confirm their offset with them.

8.5s fit, but will rub at times. 3mm is enough to keep them from rubbing, so it is slight. Maybe roll the fender a bit. But for snows, I wouldn't want any poke past the fender...slush/sandblast. 245s would be better

they "stassis" try and keep it a secret...but we had a fellow AZ'er look on the back of his rim and report back with et48. 9" wide.

LOU, after speaking with my sales rep from tirerack on the phone, he said everything should match up closely to stock. He said nothing will stick out tons and the tire size should be fine...can you confirm or deny any of this?

i am wondering how much "space" there is front and rear....

would love to stuff some 10's in the front and 12's in the rear... but I have my doubts...
