    tire wear...

i bought some used pilot spors 2 tires with about 50% tread life left maybe a month ago...the front tires are still good but the rear are both worn bald. the wear is even all around on the rear , what would cause this to happen?

i had about 200 lbs in tools and oil in the trunk for most of the summer, maybe having the extra weight in the trunk caused the rear to wear quicker then the front but im not sure. any tire experts with any ideas?

Get a 4-wheel alignment by a shop that knows what they're doing.

ie: not tires plus, jiffy lube, whatever.

I'm willing to bet this is the problem too. If you find a firestone by you they offer lifetime alignments for the cost of ~2.5 visits, very worth it in my opinion. Just make sure they have the tools to adjust your car.

I poked my head in a Firestone while I was running errands (this took me through a less desirable neighborhood), low and behold they didn't have the capabilities to adjust camber ect. What i'm trying to say is don't pay until you know they can do everything.

Front camber cannot be adjusted without adjustable control arms, only centered.

Rear camber can be adjusted with just a 19mm wrench.
