Anyone want to trade me their wood trim for aluminum?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
First and foremost, let me apologize for having to post a long list of requirements for this trade, but unfortunately I've had problems with a few Audiziners in the past who wasted my time on setting up trades and not following through. If you can handle these few rules and you're interested, shoot me an email and I'll get you setup. I currently only have this set, but I have a few more on the way. If you subscribe to this thread I'll update it when I get more. Do not ask me to contact you when I get future sets (I don't have time to keep track of everyone) just follow this thread.

    Rules:

    1) The trade will be on a deposit basis. I need to get your wood set back ASAP, so you'll have to provide me with a $200 deposit via Paypal to lock in the set. I'll then need you to pull your trim and send it to me within the next 48 hours. I'm very serious about this, if you are too busy to pull your trim or won't be able to do it until next week, or whatever, just save us both the hassle and don't contact me.

After I get your set and everything checks out, $175 will be refunded to you and I'll keep $25 for my shipping costs and Paypal fees. I will ship out the aluminum set and refund the deposit on the same day I get your wood trim, if it is before 4pm PST.

    2) Do not PM me. All PMs about the trim swap will me ignored. It is too hard to keep track of who is who via PM. If you want to contact me to trade, send me an email with the subject "Trim Swap" to [email protected].

    3) I only want to trade for wood sets.

    4) Your wood set needs to be a full set and have all the tabs in tact. I don't care if it is dirty or cracked, but I can't trade with you if tabs are broken or if pieces are missing. If you are uncertain about the condition of you wood set, just ask me if it will be okay.

    5) Make sure you check out the pictures carefully and read about the condition of it. I don't want there to be any surprises when the aluminum set arrives.

So if you like what you see, can follow these rules, and want to swap for this aluminum set for your wood set, shoot me an email and we'll sort out the details. Feel free to email me with any questions.

    B6/B7 Front Ashtray Removal Guide

Set: B6/B7 non-quattro manual brushed aluminum. Will fit any manual B6/B7 (sedan/avant)

    The good:
This is an OEM brushed aluminum set.
Most of the set is in great shape. Usually aluminum sets have a bunch of tiny scratches and nicks in them, but this set doesn't have many at all.
    No broken tabs.

    The not so good:
    No quattro badge.
Dent on the drivers front door piece. Will not be seen with door closed. Might be able to clean it up a bit.

What car has that center cupholder piece? I have a B6 and a B7 and neither car has that.
