Having idle problems after head gasket install.

The car is a 2001 a4 1.8t awm engine. When I started it the idle bounces a lot and the car dies after a minute. I get misfires codes and a p0638 for throttle actuator circuit. Check engine light flashes and EPC light is on. Also when trying to do a tba the throttle body noise is very loud like its malfunctioning but works after that.

For some reason fuse 32 I believe for the ecu 20amp blew out. Replaced it and fixed the wires I believed caused it from the coils shorting. So far ive checked done:

    Checked all the fuses.
Put in spare TB and have the same noise.
Reset everything by touching battery cables together
Checked timing belt and marks line up good.
I can spin the crank with no problem.

    What do you guys suggest?
    Unitronic tuned. love it.

All fixed. A manual tba actually worked. Also had a faulty coil. Finally running again
