I guess it will have no problem clearing a Sports Diff?

I can't stress enough, that this is the best mod you could ever do to your cab. A.W.E.'s throaty intoxicating note with no drone makes the cab even hotter & wakes up the supercharger beast. I've had the exhaust in for a couple weeks now and can't imagine ever going back to stock. Once installed, you'll always want to paddle shift up/down to hear the supercharger booms btwn shifts...damn sexy.

We're working on it. It's a little difficult because we don't have a test vehicle in the country, but we're putting together a plan to make it happen.

    1) How much differences are there between this system and your S4 system ? Can you share the details with us if possible.
    2) Someone had asked earily but wasn't answered. Will this system fit both sports-differential cars and non-sports differential cars ?

    Thanks

The main architecture of this system is the same as the B8 S4, however there are enough differences that the two systems are unique and not interchangeable.

Our development car did not have the sports differential. I can't say for certain that it will fit a car with the sports diff without bringing one in for a test fit.

James, I'm glad you're loving the system. You're going to have to swing by next time in the area. I'll buy lunch, but we're taking your car. (Unless of course one of our Porsches is free.)

I guess you could get one of your foreign stockist/installers to stock both the S4 B8 system and the S5 Cab system, then when they find a S5 SB test car, test fit the front half from one system and the rear half from the other system.... the you'd know the for sure!

It's important to be able to accomodate the Sports Diff though, IMHO.

I realize that this is an old thread, but instead of creating another one, I think it is better post here in this thread instead.

Alex/AWE: Since this system has been out for some time now, can you confirm if it will fit both cars with SD and without SD ? Also, you indicated initially that one can buy the system with or without DPs, however, that does not seem to be an option on the AWE site. Is this no longer a choice ? And finally, do you actually have the system in stock or is there a waiting time for one ? TIA.

I can confirm that our Cabrio exhaust will fit cars with the Sport Diff AND without. At this time the system is only available with the downpipes and is not something that we have in stock. It would need to be fabricated, so there is a lead time for that system.

Can you also comment on roughly what an expected wait time is for the system ?

Thank you for answering my questions.

Zack, I'm looking to do your company's exhaust with 102mm polished tips....and NON Res DPS on my '14 Cab. Drone doesn't bother me a bit....ever. I get it all day long with my RS. Can we do this? It seems the DPs I want should drop right in place in line up, but there's no option to order it as such....or the tips?
