Cool.. are those all the parts that I would need? I looked up the first 2 part numbers, and it's the same price and description, but the last part number is a trim.

    Thanks..

Jeff, the 02-05 allroad bumpers are all the same. Regardless, I think the rear valance has to be custom cut and fitted. Only reason I want it is because I plan on getting and RS6 exhaust from Milltek to support the stage 3 I have. Apparently, the A6 2.7 milltek I have is a 2.25" diameter piping, and the rs6 is 2.75" diameter. So I'm definitely restricted a bit since I have 3" 034 downpipes also.

The stage 3 is nice. Great top end, but there definitely is more lag. I've been through ko4/k16 which had great tq, but crappy top end because it just got too hot, then I went with the k04/rs6 which was the best of both worlds, but those blew on me, so I decided to get the GT28 eliminators from CTS. I definitely miss the low end, so now my car is at Vast being built for a 3.0L =D. Just dropped it off this past weekend. Hope to get it back sometime in January.

I was on vagcat before, but also in your diagram there, it doesn't show the rear valance, or is part 28-36 everything I would need?

    Thanks..

There is no RS6 rear valance it's part of the bumper cover of which I have one in stock.

The 35-37 are the grilles that snap onto the rear bumper. The S6 has a rear valence of sorts the black plastic bit that the backup sensors go into. Of that I think i have a new one of those as well.

I have a 99 a4 avant 1.8t pc16ed, so that'll hold me over for now. It's nothing like a 2.7 even at stock, but it's all good. I can technically probably pick it up around december, but just too busy to fly out there around that time, so I booked my flight for early january. It'll be an interesting ride home =D.

I wonder if the s6 valence fits, but i really prefer the rs6 because if I plan to get the milltek rs6 exhaust, it would fit perfectly with the oval tips.

sorry to toss a wrench into this but there might be some other questions to ask:

Are you asking if a C5 RS6 Sedan rear valiance will fit in the place of an C5 ALLROAD AVANT???
I have ETKA but it does nothing/shows nothing for the Avant for the RS6.

I seem to remember a thread about the C5 RS6 bumper is shorter than a standard C5 A6/S6 - something about the body being an inch longer?!?! Not sure that relates to your project.
Also, the rear valiance has a different curve (also another thread, I believe on AZ).
Someone had thought/suggested about dremeling out the valiance of their C5 A6/S6/AR to fit the RS6 one in and fab it up... Never heard back if they did it or not due to the curve issue.

Edit: ya hesitate for a second or don't type fast enough, the post gets answered...

It will not fit. I have explored this and the rear valence is part of the bumper (confirmed by Headshot over at RS6.com) Those 3 pieces are just plastic "mesh" that clips into the rear bumper.

If i'm not mistaken, and I can be wrong, but the valiance of the rs6 avant and sedan bumper should be the same? Bumper from sedan and avant is usually different, but I believe valiance should be the same on both.

It's just a test, and I'll probably unclip my friend's valiance off his rs6 to see how it would look on the allroad rear, and see if there would be any way to put it on. If not, no biggie. It's just more of a wish than need.
Worst case, I'll just cut off the rs6 tips and put normal round tips on the exhaust.

I think the rear looks hot right now with that skid plate, but just would like to see how it would look with oval tips...

Yeah, it'll have to be dremeled out.. I know the rear valiance on my allroad bumper is part of the bumper I believe, just the skid plate comes off. We'll see how daring I get. =X..
