Pre-Facelift to Facelift Swap!

Hello all. I just picked up a 2000 A6 2.7, 6 speed and so far have been unsuccessful in finding the specific changes in the 2002 "facelift".

If I were to purchase the hood and front bumper with supports (headlights?), would this be a direct swap? If not, could someone please chime in with specifics as to what exactly was changed to accommodate the facelift parts?

I'm excited to be a new member of this community. Thank you in advance to anyone who is able to provide me with this information.

Headlights will be necessary for the front. There are rear differences, as well: exposed exhaust tips, amber turn signals, black (instead of smoked) license plate tub. See my post.
