Hi all.......new to the forums Cheers!!

I currently have a 00 TT Quattro with 127k on it.
#rd gear has started to grind and I was wondering....should I get the sync fixed>? or get a used tranny.
Anyone have an idea what the average cost to fix the sync would be?
Please let me know TIA
