Will 18x8 rims with a 35mm offset fit on my stock a4 with sport suspension? also will it be ok to run 225/40-18 tires?

Yeah...you will be fine. I have 18x8 w/ et35 and running on 245/40's. I had some rubbing upfront with this size tire, but gone after a fendor roll. Stock tire size is 235/40, so you should be ok. Here's a few pics of my car to get an idea:

This depends on the specific wheels, some are machined to use a ball seat bolt (OEM Style) some are machined to use a cone seat bolt (most aftermarket wheels).

You can tell by looking at the wheels, and if you haven't bought the wheels yet just contact the supplier. What wheels are you looking at?

    Edit:^^beat me to it

Well you will need centering rings for sure... and we can't quite see the holes good enough to give you an answer on the lugs... we would need to see the exact wheel... something like that tho I'd say I'm about 99.9% sure you would need conical.

The rings center the hub inside the middle of the wheels to keep them from wobbling/vibrating. You'll need the specs of the wheel to know if you need them or not. Try to find information regarding conical/ball/center bore of the wheels, I couldn't find any info on the website

I hope you have some big, good looking brakes behind those wheels. If not, may look a little weird. Just my thought.

Well the centering rings center the wheel as said above ^
The wheels are universal wheels so they would have a larger bore center hole than the size of the hub on your audi... so if you can't make the wheel hubcentric (meaning centered) then it will wobble around all over the place because there will be nothing to center it as you tighten your bolts.

How are you wheels holding up on you? what model do you have? Im just really stuck on the whole center hub rings, i dont even know what size or where to get or how you put them on, pretty sad isn't it.

do you know these guys from that website? looks real sketchy, especially since their wheel selections are literally named: "wheel 1" "wheel 2" etc.
