I just recently had to change my tires on my 2009 Q5. If anyone has done some research you will find that on 18' 235 65 R18 are not a popular size. So I've just finally after much deliberation went with a brand I've never heard of and will keep you posted on the results.. Nokian.

I thought the correct size is 235/60R18

Nokian tires are one of the best winter tires out there. I'm running the Hakkapeliitta 5 on my Q5.

It is 235/60/18.

Nokian is well known - and a great brand. I went with Conti DWS on my new 01' Q5 w/20" wheels
