quick wheel question about fitment

i was looking to get these wheels for my car i have a 2007 audi a4 quattro. now do these wheels fit? has anyone ever tried this before?

it says there the same bolt pattern so now does this mean i can just buy tires and slap these right on?

bolt patter is 114.3, ours is 5x112

not the same, but you can drill them out so they do fit, that is the only thing that would be a problem

You'll also need hubcentric rings and the front wheels will poke out past the fender by about a half inch or so. You'll need adjustable upper control arms to camber them in and run a stretched tire to pull it off.

do these wheels come in 5x112? i could of sworn they did idk why it says 114.
