i want buy exhaust for audi Q5 but i couldnt find any where from Miltek , supersprint ... etc

I would like to know if the A5 exhaust 2.0 Tfsi can fit to Q5 exhaust 2.0 Tfsi so i can buy one of these companies even if there is a little modification.
